The most reliable way to reach us is by email. Write to contact@cast.biz and we will read every message. We try to respond within a few business days, although replies to general feedback may take longer.

Please send a separate email per topic. Mixing several unrelated requests into one message tends to slow down everything in it.

Reporting a correction

Cast information changes over time, and we sometimes get details wrong. If you spot a mistake, the more specific you can be, the faster we can fix it.

A useful correction email includes:

• The exact page URL on Cast.biz where the error appears.
• The actor or character name you believe is incorrect.
• What you think the correct information is.
• Optionally, a public source we can check (a studio press kit, an official trailer, an end-credits screenshot).

Suggesting a title

If a movie or show you would expect to find on Cast.biz is missing, send the title and the year of release. We work through suggestions in batches and prioritise titles people actually look for, so a short note explaining where you heard of it helps.

General feedback

Comments on the layout, navigation, or readability of the site are welcome. We read all of them, even when we cannot reply individually. If you ran into a broken link, a slow page, or anything that did not work as expected, mentioning the browser and device you were using makes the report much easier to act on.

What we cannot help with

Cast.biz is not affiliated with any studio, streaming service, network, or talent agency. We cannot pass messages to actors, arrange interviews, or provide personal contact details for people in the industry. Requests of that kind are best directed to the relevant production company or talent agency.
